[00:00:19] Welcome to another week and welcome to another podcast episode for Grace and Grit Mindset. [00:00:27] And I'm Shannon Williams and I created this podcast because most of my life I struggle with mindset challenges, struggle with protecting, learning how to protect my mind the way that we're supposed to do as believers, learning how to think God thoughts and not stupid, silly flesh thoughts or thoughts that the enemy wanted to put into my mind. So, hey, if that's something you have struggled with, maybe you find yourself constantly struggling with it, or maybe you're just in a season where it's a little bit harder for you, then you are in the right place. Because, listen, I think I have a PhD in this. Whether I wanted it or not, I have it. [00:01:10] And I'm so grateful, really, I am so grateful that God has taught me how to fight the good fight of faith, but how to wage war in the spirit and how to mentally be strong and how to put on the full armor of God. So, so this week I was thinking, I was driving to a business meeting thinking, like, what can I talk about today? [00:01:31] And you know, the struggle is real, man, with the thoughts, you know, like negative thoughts. And with all that's going on in the world and around us, it can be so easy to get overwhelmed or you get frustrated when something happens or to feel hopeless, which is exactly. Those are the weapons of the enemy that he wants to. To use against you, is for you to feel hopeless, isolated, anxious, fearful, depressed, whatever. All the negative stuff, that's what he wants you to feel. And those are his only weapons, is to try to get you to agree with him in those areas. Right. So because of what's going on around us right now, there's so much turmoil. I talked about that last week and the week before. So go back and listen to those. But because of all that's going on, there's so many people who are struggling mentally to stay in a good place without medication. By the way, there's nothing wrong with medication at all. [00:02:28] But sometimes I think that there's something happening at the core level in the belief system that needs to be addressed. Because medication can't fix a faulty belief system. Right. And so I was driving to this appointment and I was thinking, all of a sudden you're like, what can I teach on? And this phrase came into my mind, stop, drop and roll. Which we all know has to do with like, fire safety. And if you just like randomly caught on fire, which very rarely do people do that, I guess. But hey, fire safety is important. So you know what you do is you. They tell you you're supposed to stop, drop and roll to put the flat, the fire out. And so what came to my mind was like, okay, but what does that look like for someone who really is struggling? They tend to struggle mentally with staying in a good, healthy space and having a protected mind. And how can stop, drop and roll help them? And it was crazy because it's like the Lord just like downloading into. Into my brain, into my heart. You know what that would mean as a believer and spiritually speaking, about taking authority over your mind and living in a way where you have a freedom in your thinking and you are walking with the spirit in the way that you think. [00:03:55] And so I just wanted to share with you all today kind of what was in my heart and what I felt like he was saying to me because it was so cool. I was like, oh, God, my gosh, thank you, Lord. That's so amazing. [00:04:06] But I want to just read to you real quick. This scripture where Paul is in 2nd Corinthians 10. I want to start with this. [00:04:17] He's kind of talking about how we wage war and what that looks like because it's not in the physical, right? [00:04:24] So he says, Second Corinthians 10, chapter, so sorry, 10, verse 3. For although we live in the natural realm, we don't wage a military campaign employing human weapons. [00:04:40] And he even goes on to say what those human weapons might be like, using manipulation to achieve our aims, which is what a lot of people do, especially a lot of women. [00:04:50] Manipulation seems to be something women really excel in using. So he's saying we don't use those kinds of weapons. [00:04:59] We don't employ human weapons like manipulation to achieve our aims. Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power. That's cool. So it's almost like they're extra special strong weapons. It's almost like when I read that, I was thinking of, like, I watched. My husband and I were watching the Incredibles a few weeks ago with our grandkids, and, you know, they have all these extra cool things and their suits are like. [00:05:26] Are special and made for them. And it's like they're energized with this special trait, you know? And I feel like when I read that, that's what I was thinking of. Our weapons, our spiritual weapons, are energized with divine power. There's this divine power in the weapons that God has given us to use to fight this battle. It's really cool to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide we can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war every thought. [00:06:08] Every. Every thought. Didn't say one thought. [00:06:12] Today I had 15 bad thoughts, but I'm only going to catch one. No, he's saying every single thought we have, we make sure that it bows in obedience to the Anointed One. Since we are armed with such dynamic weaponry, we stand ready to punish any trace of rebellion as soon as you choose complete obedience. And so I read that in the Passion translation because I liked the way that it read. It kind of made more sense to me because it was a more modern language and it gives you a better picture, a better understanding of what he's trying to say. He's saying God's given you divine weapons to use and he wants you to capture. He wants you to capture every thought and make it obedient to Christ. [00:06:57] And that can be a job sometimes, you know, sometimes you have days where you're tired, right? And the enemy knows. He knows when to strike. [00:07:07] As a matter of fact, this week has been extremely challenging, and I feel like I say that a lot. [00:07:16] But my husband and I went to a very powerful prophetic retreat over the weekend last weekend. And it was three days of non stop being in the presence of God, getting ministry, giving ministry, growing in the prophetic gift, hearing the voice of God with so much clarity. [00:07:32] And I knew, because I've been in this, I've been doing this rodeo a while, y', all, and I knew that if something this good, what God was doing something this good, we were going to get hit, you know, So I tried to take authority over that because I knew coming out of that, the enemy hates it, he gets mad, he does stuff, right? [00:07:50] So I didn't want to go into that place of, oh, great, what's going to happen? So, you know, I just stayed in a place of prayer and tried to take authority. My husband and I, even when we got home, we prayed that against anything and canceled any assignment of the enemy against us or our family. [00:08:05] And, you know, who knows what that prevented. But we did have some not so great things happen this weekend. A couple of wrecks happened in our family. A couple of our family members had wrecks, but no one was seriously hurt. So you could look at that two different ways. See, that's capturing the thought. The thought might be something always bad happens every time I do X, Y happens, you know, and so I'm just gonna quit Doing this one thing that God told me to do, because something always bad happens. You could look at it like that, or you could say, well, okay, every time I do something, God really blesses me and, you know, something did happen, but it could have been a lot worse. I could have not prayed about it at all, and someone could have died. You know, I mean, there we have to turn our thoughts back toward, like a godly spiritual way instead of like that negative full of death and destruction view that the enemy wants to try to keep you living in all the time. And so that was just one of many things that happened to us this week. There were things that kind of took us out at the knee, you know, and things we weren't expecting, which is, you know, a lot of times the enemy does the same thing over and over, but sometimes he'll take something really big and kind of hit you with it, and you're kind of caught off guard because you're like, okay, I didn't have, like a made up plan here for if this happened because I had no idea it was even gonna happen, you know, and so that's where this idea of stop, drop and roll came from. Because what happened was. I would love to tell you, but as y' all know, I'm honest, so I'm gonna be honest. I would love to tell you that I passed that test with flying colors. When this thing happened, and it took me a bit, there was a little learning curve there. Now, I didn't completely fail it because I. I think I showed drastic improvement from the way I would have been years ago, but I did have a moment where I kind of went into negative Nelly language. Stop it. No, no, no, no. Sit down. Sit. [00:10:07] I kind of went into some not so great, you know, moments and missed an opportunity to have peace. That's the best way I know to say that is God really wants to give you peace and give me peace in these moments where, you know, the whole world feels like it's unraveling and he doesn't want you to. To get caught up in that and spiral down into the floor, full flame, you know, because that's what this episode is about, is saying, okay, how do I prevent the full out fire that blazes, you know, that, you know, if I don't stop this and control this in the beginning, this thing turns into a full out blaze where I'm completely on fire. Does anybody relate to that? Can I get an amen on that? Yeah. So I'm tired of fighting fires, but I'm also would Rather catch it in the beginning and then let it escalate and spiral into something much bigger. And then you have a full out forest fire and you've got to get, you know, you got to get some help, you got to recruit some folks to help you put the fire because you're mentally, you're just, you know, way out there. Does that make sense? [00:11:13] So how do you do that? How do you practically take thoughts captive? How do you practically get to a place where you are living in such victory and freedom in your thought life that you thought was never possible? And you're like, wow, what have I been missing about all these years? How do I learn this? Because I think we have to learn this. Some people are better than others. I was terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible at it. I was like a two year old that couldn't figure out how to control my thoughts or manage them better or become protected in my mind and agree with God instead of agreeing with Satan. [00:11:52] So here's what. As I was praying and listen to the Lord, this thought drop and roll thing, it's really cool because when you think about it, what happens to us? And this is cool because we're going to pull together like the science with the spirituality, which I think is amazing because to me science only further proves that God exists, as a lot of people would say, doesn't it actually? But they think it disproves. But I think it proves, you know, and so with this stop thing, you know, because what happens is we think that we're in a life or death situation. When you get, just, just think with me for a minute. When you get to bad news, don't you feel like, like have you had that feeling in the pit of your stomach where you like, for me, I get really nauseous, my mouth goes dry, my limbs get numb, I start shaking, I can't breathe, I kind of hyperventilate. [00:12:48] And so, you know, when you get bad news, you may do all those things, you may do some of those things, you may do none of those things. You may, may take off running, you may shut down. You know, those are fight, flight and freeze responses that we go into because all of a sudden now our nervous system has been hijacked. And so the front part of our brain, which is where we really process logic, right? It's where we really make decisions, good, strong decisions from. [00:13:11] We're calm and we can actually think. But when we get hijacked because we're scared, even if the threat is not actually physical, because most of the time it's not, you know, yes, God did make us so that if something really bad, you know, you have a split second moment, your kid runs out on the road, you need to run. [00:13:32] Yes. [00:13:33] You're about to have a wreck. You instinctively see it, and you correct. And you've had that happen before, right? So those. Those are good. You want your. Your other nervous system. You have two, you know, you want the other one to take control in those moments whenever it's like, okay, we're about to have an accident or we really are in danger. But what you don't want and what most of us deal with and the reason that we have anxiety and depression is because that system that operates and controls that emergency response is controlling our everyday life. Right? Because we're perceiving something as being so threatening that we're seeing as life or death physically, when really it's probably more of an emotional thing, or it's really more of a. [00:14:22] We're afraid because maybe has to do with a relationship. So our brain doesn't know the difference between the two, which is why we have to calm ourselves down because we want our spirit to be in control. The spirit is always, always in communication with God. Once you're saved, your spirit is connected. The Holy Spirit is living there. You can hear him. [00:14:45] You know what to do. You have wisdom, you have peace. You're calm in your spirit. It's the dang flesh that gets in the way. So when you find yourself in these places where you are so worked up, you're so afraid, you're in fight or flight, freeze, whatever, it's going to be really hard for you to hear God. [00:15:02] And this is why I say stop. [00:15:04] Stop. And I did start with 2nd Corinthians 10. We take every thought captive, right? But how do I take a thought captive? Well, the first step is to breathe. That's it, y'. All. I could, like, do a mic drop and walk away. Breathe, for the love of all that's holy, take a breath. Take about 20 of them, set your clock on your phone and just breathe in four counts. Hold it out. Four counts in four. Hold it for four out. It's called block breathing. Okay? So when you do that, what it's going to do is it's going to pull you out of this fight, flight, or freeze nervous system situation that you have found yourself in, because right now your amygdala has hijacked everything. [00:15:51] And your amygdala is like, hey, I've seen this before. We are in danger, danger, danger, danger. And it won't go off until you breathe. [00:16:00] You have to start with the breathing, y'. All. I mean, I'm laughing because I lived in this like my whole life, you know, so stopping, just stopping breathing. So at this moment, once you start to bring yourself down out of it, it may take you a few minutes to breathe. Maybe you need to walk around, you know, but just don't make a decision. You just need to breathe. Whatever you're facing, you just need to take some breaths. [00:16:28] And I promise you two minutes of breathing. [00:16:31] And even more if you can do more, you know, five, ten minutes of breathing, it's gonna bring you so much clarity, you're gonna be able to get into that front part of your brain. And also I think what happens is for whatever reason when we're fight or freeze, I personally cannot hear God. [00:16:50] I'm sure God can break through that barrier if I needed him to. But for the most part my flesh is so in control and my spirit's like, okay, well when you get done, I'll be here. [00:17:02] When you get done panicking, I'll take back over again. So bringing yourself down, your spirit can get back in control of your flesh and, and if your soul as well, cuz your soul is worked up, you're emotionally terrified. Your brain doesn't know difference between emotional, being emotionally triggered or emotionally like you're in a position where you're threatened, but it's only in your emotional sphere. It doesn't know the difference between that and actually being threatened physically. Like a bear is chasing you, okay? Because your brain feels all the same, right? So you have to learn how to train your brain to know the difference. So when it's not a real physical threat, you have to bring yourself back to a calm state that you can hear God again. [00:17:52] So I love these scriptures because this is, you know, once you breathe a little bit, it's going to help you redirect your thoughts and you can start to redirect your thoughts. Like you can think of scriptures like Philippians 4, 8, whatever is true. Noble Right. Think on these things, you know, so now you're kind of stopping the panic. Thoughts. Okay, what's true? Noble Right. Okay, well I know for a fact that God loves me. I mean, if we got to start with the basics, I know for a fact God loves me. [00:18:22] I know for a fact that he works all things for the good because I love him and I'm called according to his purpose. I know that his thoughts and his plans for me are thoughts to prosper me and not to harm me. So I'm just quoting back scriptures to myself when I get in this place, that's what you could do. When you get the panic button gets pushed, you can start quoting this stuff. Once you breathe, breathe a little bit, start saying this stuff. Isaiah 26:3, you will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are set head fast. [00:18:52] So this is assurance that peace is possible when your mind is fixed. But you can't get your mind fixed until you calm yourself down. [00:19:00] So that's the stop part. The stop part is breathing and taking the thought captive, right? You don't have to accept the thought that is in your mind, okay? And the thought could have come from Satan, or it could just come from your own flesh or whatever, or faulty teaching that you've been exposed to, but you don't have to accept it. [00:19:20] When you breathe, you can calm yourself down and you can actually rationally look at that thought, examine the thought. [00:19:28] Is this something God would say to me? Is this true? [00:19:32] Is it true? Because if it's not true, then I don't have to accept it, right? So that's when you start to go, okay, whatever, things are lovely of good, report noble think on these things. And this thing that just popped into my head is not a good thing. [00:19:47] So I can stop it, arrest it. Now here's the drop part. [00:19:52] So we're talking about drop, but in this context, I'm saying it's a surrender moment. [00:19:59] Dropping into the surrender. I even visualize it as literally getting on my knees before the Lord in complete surrendered humility. So as opposed to like, here's the big scary situation thing. [00:20:13] But yet initially I chose to bow before the situation thing and I'm terrified, but now I'm choosing to actually bow before God. And I have a healthy fear of God that is way bigger than this fear of this problem. It's almost like a symbolically, a way to say, okay, God, I fear you more, I honor you more. You are bigger than this problem. [00:20:35] So it's a way to physically do that. So I even think dropping onto your knees and I got this question, question for you. [00:20:42] When something like this happens, is the first thing you're doing jumping on Google, jumping on chat GPT and asking it questions like, what do I do in this situation? You know, calling people, texting people, have you even hit your knees yet? Like, that should be like, like the first. Well, the second thing we do, we need to breathe and stop it, but then we need to hit our knees. Like, we need to go before God before we start calling other people before we start doing things that are just ridiculous. Right? [00:21:15] I love this because I Love this scripture. [00:21:19] First Peter 5, 7, cast all your anxiety on him. Why? Because he cares for you. So this is like dropping the weight, dropping the worry, dropping the lie that Satan's put there. So not only am I dropping to my knees, but as I do that, I'm also dropping the weight. I'm dropping the worry, I'm dropping the lie, because I can't carry all that. [00:21:42] And also bow before the Lord. I've got to choose. Who am I going to serve? Am I going to bow before the scary thing, or am I going to bow before God I love? And I'm just reading these scriptures over you just to remind you, okay? Psalm 46, 10. Be still and know that I'm God. I have a whole episode on this. Be still. Go back and listen to it. It was so good. [00:22:06] So this fits the drop moment. So stop striving. And now you're going to drop into the stillness before God to be still and know that he is God. This be still actually is cease striving. It actually is better translated, cease striving and know that I am God. Because your striving is pointless and futile. I mean, it's. It's not going to resolve anything. [00:22:29] So it's better for us if we just drop into the surrender and drop into the stillness with God. Romans 12:2. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. [00:22:39] So this is the part where you have got to, I really think, even make up your mind before you find yourself in a situation like this. So what do I mean by that? Okay, so here's what I'm going to do. [00:22:52] Let me ask you this. So when you're in school, do you just show up at school on the first day or, I don't know, the 15th day, and nothing's been taught. But you get this huge test, and you have no idea what the questions are even about. You don't understand anything. No, that's not what happens. Right. So what happens is you learn the material. You learn the material. You practice. You take practice tests, you do quizzes, you read, you do homework, and then the time comes where you have the test. [00:23:21] So what we need to be doing here is transforming our mind by the being transformed by the renewing of our mind. And how we do that is we are constantly humbling ourselves before the Lord, and we are learning the things he's teaching us. We're surrendering. We're dropping into this place with him where he's teaching Us things, right? Well, if he's teaching you things, there's going to be a test. Let me just say that again. If God's teaching you stuff, there's going to be a test at some point. So don't be surprised when you thought, oh, I'm doing so well. I'm overcoming. But you are. But you haven't been tested yet. But then the test comes and then you lose your mind, and you're like, oh, my gosh, what is happening? Why do I always get attacked this way? [00:24:07] Well, it was time for the test to come. [00:24:09] You need to know if you've learned it or not. [00:24:14] This is the renewing of the mind. [00:24:17] I believe that one of the ways that God shows us or teaches us is if we've renewed our mind is by giving us a test. Giving us a test to see if. Okay. Did you really renew your mind in this area? Because if you did, you'll pass it. You might do like me. You might kind of start off picking the wrong answer over, you know, for a while, and then halfway through the test going, you know what? What am I doing? [00:24:40] Let me go back and fix all these answers. Like, I know these answers. Like, I just need to calm down, right? [00:24:45] Okay, so here is. Now you got stop, drop, and here's roll, right? [00:24:51] So here's what we're going to do. We're going to roll it over to God, okay? So I have stopped taking the thought captive. I have dropped. I have dropped into this stillness, dropped onto my knees before God, and then I'm going to roll the cares onto him. So Psalm 55:22 says, Cast your cares on the Lord. This literally means to roll your burdens onto him. Like, can you just see that in your head? [00:25:21] So you stop, you drop. You, You. You surrender to him. He's bigger. And you confess that, Lord, you're bigger than this thing I'm facing. And I'm just gonna roll this anxiety onto you because you're bigger than this. I don't care how big the thing looks, y'. All. Goliath was so big compared to David. [00:25:40] David. I mean, God didn't choose the biggest Israelite, the crowd. He chose one of the most, smallest, youngest shepherd boys to face Goliath. [00:25:52] God doesn't care. And you don't need to care about how big this thing is that's looming and staring you down the face. It doesn't matter because you're not the one defeating him. God has already defeated this thing, right? So you can roll that burden onto him. Of thinking that you have to be the solution. You have to. Yes, God's going to use your hands, and God's going to use your mouth, and God's going to use your actions. You're going to be an instrument. But the power. Remember we were reading about the divine power that these weapons we have. The power is not the weapon itself. It's the divine power that's coming through the weapon. That's God, right? That's the spirit of God coming through the weapon that he's given us so we can roll our burdens on Him. Because we don't have to know all the answers or even really face this thing. And he's not asking you to face it on your own, in your own strength. He's asking you to trust him, that he's with you, and he is going to defeat this for you. So Proverbs 16:3. Commit your works to the Lord. So in Hebrew, commit means to roll over. [00:27:00] So there we are, committing your works, committing this thing in front of you, this, whatever this is, committing it. It actually means to roll it over to the Lord. [00:27:09] There's another 1. Psalm 37. 5. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in Him. [00:27:15] It also is another way to roll this onto Him. I'm committing this to you, Lord. I'm going to trust in you, Lord. And you know what? You're going to feel weird at first when you say things like that because you're probably still a little bit worked up. But you just keep saying it because the feeling is going to follow. It's eventually going to catch up. [00:27:34] But you have got to use your mouth to release the words so that you can steer the ship, right? Because you're going to use the words to steer your ship, to steer your heart, to get you back in alignment with the Lord. So I don't know, I hope that this is helping you today. [00:27:55] I just had that analogy on the way home. Like I said, the stop dropping, rolling, and really just felt like the Lord was like, okay, I want you to share that, because how many forest fires do you have going on right now? Or have you had going on? Or maybe you're about to face one? I pray you don't. But you know what? The test always comes. [00:28:14] And the enemy knows exactly when to send something your way. But you know, God uses Satan to develop you. [00:28:28] He uses the attacks of the enemy to develop us into who we were meant to be. [00:28:34] So even with that, he has no victory. Even in that what he does only strengthens you and me and makes us more like Christ. [00:28:45] So I hope this week, whatever you're facing, that you remember these words that, you know, when the enemy comes in like a flood, the spirit of the Lord will raise up a standard against him. I really believe that. And I really believe that we are in those moments where the enemy is coming in like a flood, you know, But God always, always has a standard to raise. And sometimes maybe it's our mind that needs. Our mindset needs to be raised up to where it is in alignment with him, where we're walking in the Spirit of God. God doesn't want you to live a broken, busted, defeated Christian life. I mean, that absolutely brings him no glory, y'. All. Why would he want you to live like that? Besides the fact that he loves you and you're his child and he wants to bless you and he longs to give you more and not just tangibly more. Not just, you know, materialistic and money and all this mess. That stuff is secondary. He wants to give you more in the way of seeing spiritual things. And he actually just wants you to realize you already have access to them. But you, you haven't been using and you don't understand. [00:29:56] This is. I'm talking to myself here too. He wants to give us more, but we have to grow up. I say this a lot in the podcast. We have to grow up and get into alignment with Him. He's not going to give you some amazing gift for you to misuse it or break it or throw it in the trash because you don't understand. [00:30:16] You know, in my book, I have the book about, about Providence. It's called Providence, Embrace youe Beautiful Destiny. But that's a little tiny plug you can get on Amazon or whatever. But I talk about how I would, you know, never give if I had a five year old daughter. Let's just say she was five. She's, she's 27, but. Or 26. [00:30:36] I would never give. And you would never give a five year old child the keys to your red Ferrari, would you? [00:30:43] No. [00:30:44] Why? Because the child doesn't understand, doesn't know how to drive. The child doesn't understand the value of that car. The child could kill someone else and themselves. They have to be taught how to use that tool that you've given them. And even when it does come time and the kid is 16 and you want to go in my car, you're probably not going to give them the Ferrari first, right? You're probably going to give them something a little more economical, something that's not quite what is valuable. So, but why? Because you expect there might be some mistakes, there might be some dings, there might be some moments where, you know, hopefully they don't have a wreck, but you don't want to put them in something that costs that much money. Not to mention the thing goes super fast, right? You don't want your 16 year old having access to a car that can go 100 something miles an hour. Right? That's dangerous. I think it's the same thing with us when we're talking about spiritual things, like there's so many things that we ask God for, but we're not ready. We don't know how to drive it, we don't know how to use this tool that we keep asking him for. Because if your goal is to get the car so you can go really fast, then that's a bad motive and he's probably not going to give it to you, right? [00:31:55] But if your motive was different and it was good and it was pure and it was like, no, I want the car because I'm going to use it to glorify him by doing this, this and this, you know, whatever, then that's a different story. And I think he has to grow us up to get us ready for the things he wants to bless us with. And part of growing us up is learning to renew our mind. [00:32:17] And renewing our mind starts with things like stop, drop and roll. [00:32:22] Renewing our mind gets us to a place where when we are tested, because the test is going to come, it would be ridiculous to think it's not. The, the test is going to come, we actually pass it and when we pass the test, guess what happens? We get the thing. Right. So what happens when you, you go through defensive driving? Not defensive driving. When you go through driver's ed when you're 15 and you have to go months to do that, I think they changed that. I think it's like you have to drive with your parents forever now. When I was in school, we had to go through class at school. [00:32:54] It was several months long. We had to drive so much with an instructor and then we had to go take a test with an instructor at the DPS office. They actually had to drive with us to take the test. [00:33:05] Once I got the test though, once you pass the test, guess what you get? You get your driver's license. And if your parents are able, sometimes they allow you to drive a car or have a car. [00:33:17] So you want to pass the test is what I'm trying to say. There's a benefit to passing the Test. God isn't just giving you a test over and over and over and over and over because he's cruel. [00:33:27] He's giving you the test over and over and over because he wants you to pass it so he can give you more. [00:33:35] He wants to be able to hand you more. Now, that may be more responsibility because the responsibility may go along with the blessing that he's trying to give you. Does this make sense? Like, I don't even know why I went into that. So somebody need to hear that. Maybe I needed to hear that. [00:33:51] So pass the test. Pass the test and do things like stop, drop, and roll to help you. Those are tools. It's like flashcards. You know, remember when you're in school and you're. You're getting ready for a test and you have flashcards. [00:34:03] Well, this is a flashcard for you. Like, stop, drop, roll. I have a crazy thought. Take it that. Take it captive. Stop it. Breathe. You have a crazy situation that just, like, takes you out at the knees. [00:34:15] Stop, breathe. Take the thought captive. Drop to your knees to submit. Surrender, humble yourself before God. [00:34:22] Go to him with it. And then roll, Roll that anxiety onto him so that you can receive the blessing of peace. [00:34:31] Peace of mind and victory over the situation. I mean, victory alone to me is like, so worth it. [00:34:39] So, yeah, so that's what I got for you this week.
